Quality commands utmost importance in our organization, there are several procedures involved in maintaining the quality of our products. Our products are developed after intensive R&D. The raw material procured from outside, are checked by us, once the raw material has been cleared, the manufacturing process starts which is supervised by our Technical Experts. We ensure that our products undergo regular supervision and strict quality checks before they are delivered to our customers.

 Infrastructure

We are equipped with latest technology and supportive infrastructure that facilitates every section of our production-related activities. We also keep upgrading the skill sets of our employees so as to keep them up to at par with technologies in use.
Apart from the stage-wise testing of every single component and sub-assembly, the fully manufactured Transformer is subjected to all routine tests using high precision measuring instruments as per any Govt. approved Testing Lab.

 We have the following facilities for inspection:
- In-house Laboratory Facilities for testing all incoming materials like core lamination losses and transformer oil & paint thickness of fabricated components.
- Test facilities exist in the unit for testing routine tests & temperature rise test with Calibrated Instruments, meters & bridges.
- Enhanced production infrastructure by installing Vacuum Drying & Impregnating Chamber for quick & effective extraction of moisture results in extension of life of transformer

 Our clients include Government Agencies like ERTL, BIS, APEDA, and NPL;Foreign Embassies and prominent Business houses of Delhi, India and its neighboringCountries. We Are also into export of Test Equipments  to countries like Korea.
